My daddy wasn't a dairy farmer but when I was growing up we drank our own milk from Suzie our cow. Now I drink Promise Land Milk all natural no hormones! Yum! I have been a huge mild drinker all my life and now I am 66 years old and have the bones of a 30 year old as per my doctor.

Or even better, Saanan Dairy goats..... fresh, free-range goat milk - there is no substitute.
