I read the article and then went back again to what I mentioned I was told by the African priest who was staying by me for a while. First hand knowledge from a resident I thought would have good insight as to what happens.

I think I did say this was a priest from Africa who was born and raised there who told me about conditions there, I did not say the priest I was talking about was your article's authors.
