--- Asked by Stahl why many viewers may have lost their trust in the media, Couric said she thinks that the media are "held captive by spin," choosing to repeat "two separate spins" rather than search for the facts in a story. ---

Bless her little lying liberal heart. BARF!

Bless her little lying liberal heart. BARF!

No kidding! Where's the "another liberal entirely missing the boat alert?"

Couric predicted that the "pretentious era" of the evening-news anchor is going to be a thing of the past.

What, is the CBS Evening Ruse going to daytime or something!

Katie Couric hopes to bring a "humanistic, more accessible" approach to her job when she takes over as anchor and managing editor at "CBS Evening News" in September, she said Thursday.

How about the TRUTH there Katie? Or is that a foreign concept to you? I'll help ya out, you know, facts, hard data instead of what you wish to be, actual documents instead of fabricated or contrived ones, the real contexts of interviews with people instead of words taken from them and spun like laundry in a spin cycle to extract items that fit your (and CBS') agenda, to name but a few.

Or are Americans not that "sophisticated" Katie?

You talk a good game, but let's see how your liberal carcass delivers there toots!

She also said the news has become somewhat inaccessible, seemingly being programmed for inside-the-Beltway policymakers and other reporters rather than for at-home viewers.

Huh? You jest, surely. The Ruse has catered to the least common denominator of the American fabric for decades. I.e., those too lazy to turn a page of a political publication on their own, now click a mouse or learn how to use the web, those who are the most naive and fickle. Those of the lowest intellects. If truth were information were a tangible product, you and the Ruse over the years would be the equivalent of door-to-door snakeoil salesmen.

"We need to be more level with viewers and explain the issues in a plain-spoken way," she said.

It doesn't get anymore "plain spoken" than what the Ruse has offered, along with the other two networks! Again, it's not the delivery, it's the content. But Rush has been telling you that since he's been in business for nearly two decades and it's been lost on you, so we won't anticipate much of a difference, just the same bowl of gruel served with a nicer looking "cover." And "cover" is what it's all about, right Katie!

What does that quote mean? "Two separate spins?" The MSM 90% of the time only reports the liberal slant on things.

Hey Katie, how about how your new network lied through its teeth on the bogus Bush National Guard story? Where were the "two separate spins?"

Liberal whore.
