I'm not sure what you are responding to, but your response doesn't make sense. It has nothing to do with what I posted. No one has advocated 'massive increases in LEGAL immigration'.
Your response is a typical ploy when one lacks a viable position -- switch the topic, change the argument, obfuscate the issue being discussed.

You must mean a massive increase in legal immigration from mexico above all others otherwise the border would not be "freed up". That and the border patrol and immigration enforcement would be "freed up" to focus on REAL criminals and unfavored nationalities that would by necessity need to be kept out since mexico would have most of the immigration slots.
