But if WE capture the Al Qaeda jihadists who are hellbent on "punishing" America and Americans among a list of others, we are castigated by the media and democrats / liberals who would rather the Al Qaeda "punishers" be released (to do their dirty deeds again) and appeased (by the Supreme Court it appears).
