There is no Room for Freedom in Islam
Despite the insistent pleas of some apologetic sections of the Muslim community and their distorted claims that Islam ‘represents freedom’ and ‘tolerance’. The fact of the matter is that there is no room for freedom in Islam whatsoever, in fact Islam calls for the complete opposite, and end of all freedoms and the enslaving of all people to their lord.
We do not want the slavery to our desires, money, women, man-made laws, Tony Blair etc like that offered by a free and democratic society, rather the Muslims believe in Islam, which is the total submission to Almighty Allah exclusively by worshipping Him (swt), obeying and following his commands and declaring complete intolerance, hatred, disassociation from Shirk (associating partners with Allah) and all of its people (i.e. all Jews, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, atheists etc).
The west calls for freedom of belief, to believe as you wish and worship as you wish and change your Deen as you wish. There is no space for this fallacy in Islam; in the Shari’ah it is well known that we have been ordered with “the one who changes his Deen, [to] kill him.” And although under an Islamic authority nobody will be forced to embrace Islam, we do not accept for people to walk with their idols and crosses in the streets publicly, nor to build any new places of worship (though they may keep their existing ones).
Another favourite of the west is the personal freedom to dress provocatively, to walk naked in the streets harming everybody in their way, freedom to look at pornography ‘as long as it is not children’, freedom to drink themselves into a frenzy until they are drunk and begin to steal, rape, kill and beat their wives and children. To the point that “the Home Office has suggested that nearly a half of all violent crimes are alcohol related and a staggering 19,000 sexual assaults are also alcohol related.”
This is the fruits of freedom! How people live with this corruption in the name of freedom I will never understand! Allah (swt) ordered us to stay far away from alcohol and all other intoxicants cutting off all of these ills from the root. Islam ensures that nobody feels the urge to exercise any ‘freedom’ to walk naked or dress provocatively or even to freemix let alone to destroy marriages and lives with fornication and adultery.
And besides these and other freedoms to steal, cheat, extort etc in the name of ‘interest’ and ‘profit’ we have the famous freedom of speech and expression, boasted and ‘courageously’ defended recently throughout Europe. So what is this ‘great’ concept of freedom of expression?
Strange… upon examination we find that it is nothing more than an excuse to lie, cheat, slander, backbite, swear, insult, mock and even defame all people in the name of this grand privilege to speak your mind. No, there is no room in Islam for this kind of evil concept, there is no freedom to lie, no freedom to slander, no freedom to swear, no freedom to insult any prophet and the prophet (saw) said, “whoever insults a prophet, kill him.”
So we find that the freedom that people worship is nothing more than an excuse to follow desires and corrupt societies, do you not think that Britain would be much better if the people were honest, trustworthy, decent people who did not swear, nor lie, nor slander each other, if they were not drunken rapists, criminals and adulterers like today but instead were sober and faithful HETERESEXUAL husbands and wives? Verily Britain will be so much better when governed under the Islamic rules in the coming days inshaa Allah.

ONE of a group of Toronto-area men now in custody on terror-related charges had enrolled in a flight training program as part of a plan to use aircraft in an attack on Canadian targets, it was reported today.
CBC television, which cited allegations contained in court documents, said Amin Mohamed Durrani, 19, had enrolled in a training program at a Toronto-area college but then withdrew out of fear his activities would draw the attention of authorities.

American to fight terror extradition

A US citizen was remanded in custody when he appeared in a British court yesterday accused of supplying al-Qaeda with military equipment.
Syed Hashmi was arrested yesterday at London's main Heathrow airport as he tried to board a plane to Pakistan and was detained pending extradition proceedings to the United States, where he is wanted on a terrorism charge.

A 16-year-old male was arrested today under anti terror laws by police who are questioning a 21-year-old man detained at Manchester Airport.
West Yorkshire Police said the teenager was arrested this afternoon in Dewsbury and homes in the West Yorkshire town were now being searched.
Last night, West Yorkshire officers detained a 21-year-old Bradford man of Pakistani origin at Manchester Airport under the Terrorism Act 2000.

The arrest of six Mississauga men for allegedly conspiring to blow up the Parliament buildings and the Toronto Stock Exchange is the latest stop on a complex web of terror that connects back to the world's most wanted man, international investigators are saying.
Investigators say the arrests of the Mississauga men are linked to an intricate terror network spreading from the back streets of Baghdad through cells of young Islamic militants living in European capitals.
The arrest of 17 suspects, many of them teenagers, picked up in Mississauga and across the GTA during a counter-terrorism sweep on the weekend, is said to be the latest stage in dismantling a terrorist network that's linked to Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq.

A CHINESE military plane that crashed killing all 40 people on board was an advanced surveillance aircraft carrying nearly three dozen electronics experts, it has emerged.
A defence ministry spokesman yesterday said he had no new information on Sunday's crash, which the government says is being investigated under direct orders from Hu Jintao, the Chinese president. Mr Hu's order and the dispatch of a top general to head the investigation have prompted speculation that the crashed plane was of special significance to Beijing.

UK: Call to muslims to end co-operation with Police

An activist from the Respect Party has urged Muslims in east London to stop co-operating with police. Yvonne Ridley, who became a Muslim after her kidnap by the Taleban in Afghanistan five years ago, has accused the police of being heavy-handed.
She told a meeting of the Newham branch of the Respect Party that Muslims should "boycott" the Met Police.

Mogadishu, 7 June (AKI) - Very little seems to be known about the man who led Somali Islamist militants to win on Monday the decisive battle against the coalition of the so-called warlords for the control of the Somali capital, Mogadishu. His name is Sherif Sheik Ahmad Sheik Mahmoud, often shortened to Ahmad Sherif, and he is the leader of the forces of the Islamic Courts Union, which many suspect is the Somali branch of Al-Qaeda. Some initial information about the man now running Mogadishu was recently published by websites close to al-Qaeda.
Ahmad Sherif was born in the Somali southern region of al-Mahadi in 1964. Young Ahmad Sharif was initiated to the study of sharia - Islamic law - by his father, Sheik Mahmoud, who was the leader of the Somali Islamic movement al-Idrisia.
In 1992 he left al-Mahadi for Sudan, where he studied literature and education at Kardafan university. Afterwards Ahmad Sharif moved to Libya, where he was awarded a degree in law at al-Maftuha university.
During the long period he spent studying abroad he was appointed secretary general of the association of Somali people abroad.
Once he returned home, he was firstly elected chairman of a Somali cultural organisation and in 2002, appointed judge at the Islamic Court of Shabelle, in central Somalia.

Human head found in garbage on Mexico beach

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Workers clearing piles of garbage from a beach in Acapulco found an unpleasant reminder of the seamier side of Mexico's Pacific resort, which has seen dozens of murders this year -- a decomposing human head.
The head washed in from the ocean and appeared to be that of a man around 40 years old, Reforma newspaper said on its Web site on Wednesday. The head was discovered by state workers cleaning the beach.
Police believe the slayings are related to drugs trafficking.
In April suspected drug gang hitmen decapitated two policemen and placed their heads outside local government offices, apparently in retaliation for a crackdown on crime.
The resort, once popular as an exotic escape for Hollywood stars in the 1950s, is in the middle of a bloody turf war between cartels fighting for control of the lucrative local drug trade.
