The nature of the remark reveals that this something he has actually thought about, even in jest. It's hard to say something like this by accident. It will be interesting to see what the headlines are like tomorrow.

Thanks for sharing an eye-witness account of this. What will be really, really interesting is to see just how Schumer handles this.
Will he apologize for having someone "speak for him", will he publicly castigate this idiot or will he just smile his little snarky little smile and keep quiet?
Will be interesting.

Chuckie Schumer is scared to death of guns. If he worked up the nerve to pick one up and point it at someone, he'd expect it to go off all by itself.

He should be arrested, and Schumer should sue him for defamation of character (because Hevesi said that SCHUMER had the backbone to put a bullet where I cannot bring myself to quote.) Whatever job Hevesi holds in NY should be vacated immediately because he's on hisway to jail -- or should be.
Thanks for the first hand report.

Well, Alan Hevesi has officially ended his political career. Many were talking about him as the Next Mayor of New York. That just can't happen now.

Good job! Why didn't they arrest him like they would you or me if we made such a remark?

Good catch. They deserve the notoriety. Just how will they explain this violent remark to their anti-gun leftist followers???

Most liberals would put a bullet not only between the President's eyes but ours as well if they could get away with it. They honestly don't believe we have the right to criticize them.
BTW, Hevesi just threatened the President of the United States. I look forward to his arrest.

This is the first I've heard of this. Yes, it will be interesting to see the msm spin or they'll totally ignore the remark.

Hey, its not like he shot the president. Now where have I heard that before?
Oh yeah, Peter Warrick of Florida State University said that when he got caught up in the Footlocker caper at ol' Free Shoes U.

The only acceptable apology would be his resignation.
And if anyone believes this will happen or that he will be arrested for threatening the president, freepmail me because I have some great beach front lots for sale in Montana that I know you'll be interested in.
