I've long envisioned an "ENOUGH!" campaign. Billboards, bumperstickers, letters, etc. - just get the point across that an awful lot of people are tired of the innundation of political tar-babies and just want to be left the he11 alone, and start pushing back. Hard.

You are so right, but I am still half afriad that I am going to see one get decapitated as I watch. Although in most cases, that would actually raise their IQ. hehe

It's a funny, viscious little circle the U.S. gets mired in. Had the media not done everything it could to undermine the United States, Vietnam would have been crushed easily. Instead, the various Presidents fought the Vietnam war with in my opinion, one hand tied behind it's back. Unfortunately, the media is trying once again to undermine the U.S. in Iraq, but forcing the U.S. to fight in too measured a fashion.

That's the only comparison I can see. Either way, the U.S. is doing a much better job of it in Iraq, although to be honest, I'd like to see a little more butt kicking like in Falujah, and get everything sorted more quickly.

> That is why you must add an "or" in place of the hyphen.

Now that is a good idea... I'm going to have to start doing it.

It has to do with the... er, 'practices' of lesbians. I'm sure that's enough to clue you in to it, so the rest is left as an exercise for the reader.

I'm sick of hearing that Islam is a religion of peace that has been hijacked by a radical few. Of the approximately 1.5 billion Muslims in the world today, it has been estimated that at least 150 million of them are in support of the goals of worldwide terrorist organizations like al-Qaeda. That's a pretty big hijacking. If ten percent of American Christians supported abortion clinic bombers, we would all be under surveillance.

The liberals would never, never, let Christians get away with that - they'd call us all terrorist if . 0005% supported abortion clinic bombers. I never saw Muslims as getting a total pass from the MSM before - thanks for pointing it out.

When I look at the coal miners, it seems clear to me that Americans will do ANY job, no matter how dangerous, if it is honest and pays enough to keep their family off welfare. Bush's low approval ratings, IMHO, stem almost entirely from the immigration/border security/enforcement issue. I remember the first time he made his amnesty proposal.

You're right, it's that and Harriet Myers for the SC

"1. Come here to BECOME an American.
2. Learn English. (actually, most of the people who "don't know English" actually do, it's just convenient to pretend you don't in some instances.)
3. Enter the country legally.
4. Come here to add something, not suck on the welfare state like a seed tick."

Well put. We indeed live by the inscription on the Statue of Liberty "give us you poor, downtrodden etc" but that does not mean we feel that we should cheapen citizenship into this country by catering to every special nationality, religous group etc.

When we received our last Census form, I was horrified by the questions asked about our heritage. There were so many nationalities listed I was beyond belief. So I took a black marker and crossed them all out and wrote, in big, black letters "AMERICAN". My Dad was born in America, my Mom came legally from Ireland, and my husband came legally from Cuba. We are all very proud to be Americans and love America.

IMHO too. Absolutely!

Michael Savage, who is usually ignored by the left media, suddenly got respect and visits from Charles Schumer.

Oh Gawd! Did the dueling obnoxious accents hurt your ears?
