I really dont know the details of this, but I will say that if I was in Fahrenheit 9/11 and was not asked for consent for my interview to be in there I wouldn't know it to this day. I wouldn't watch any crap by Moore even if they paid me so unless someone told me I was in the movie, I wouldn't know it.
I'm not faulting the vet. He has been fighting since day one to clear his name. It's the fact that NBC hasn't said anything when they clearly knew their footage was edited for effect.
