It really is. I know of no other business that is so blatantly dishonest when it comes to providing services for the customer dollars that they collect.

I don't think you understand insurance. It is merely the transfering of risk for a fee. Granted, many insurance agents are slime. Still love the insurance agent scene in "Groundhog Day" when Bill Murray clocks the guy.
