Is MA someone who could accept cards etc. for the troops there? People like this know WHO has no mail, etc. from home. Just a thought. An address via Freepmail might be possible.

Yes Joy, we accept cards for patients here. We put them in the transitional backpacks we provide.

The stay in Germany is not long - 3 days to 2 weeks. The guys in the hospital are often pretty loopy and sometimes don't see the cards until they get home. (I've talked to guys 2 or 3 days in a row who each time told me all about getting hurt, but afterwards barely remember being in Germany. As the nurses say, we have "good drugs" in Landstuhl. Sorry, little hospital humor there - gotta deal with all this somehow...)

But the cards and everything else are much appreciated. Thank you for thinking of this. I can post our APO here if that's ok???
