I have to credit freeper LNewman for posting this link. This is the La Raza plan by using the charter schools to expand their message. I was so alarmed when I read it. Their goal is to open 50 schools similar to the one in Los Angeles.

Senator George Runner sent a letter to LAUSD head Roy Romer in regards that the school was in violation of California Education Codes dealing with Charter Schools. In the letter he says "You have the full authority to revoke a charter on California Education Code section 47607(c)and must be shut down because there they are in violation of the law. Clearly Academedia Semillas del Pueblo has conducted itself to be in violation of the Education Code and possibly the criminal code of attemping murder,conspiracy and assault of reporter Sandy Welles.

I would like to credit fellow Freeper and news hawk LNewman for all his work and research on this. He has been truly been a leader of this continuing saga.

Senator George Runner wrote another letter a week ago to this person in regards to the school to this person:

So far there has been dead silence from the LA County of education. I would like to remind you if you to decide to contact the person please be cordial and very respectful. Please make you letters short and to the point and express your outrage about having a school that promotes racism and that you do not like your property taxes(which funds public schools) going to schools promoting racist ideals. Remind her that the the school is in violation of the California Education Code 47607(c). The more letters,faxes and email that pour into her office the closer we are of permanently shutting down "Academia Semillias del Pueblo" permanently.
