Your unsourced statistic does not mention who is doing the molesting of each. I'm willing to bet that homosexuals have more molesters among their numbers, per capita, than the rest of the population. And regardless, my opinion is that any sexual deviant, be they a homosexual, a prostitute, a rapist, or a pedophile, should be precluded from adopting children.

I read an article that indicated somewhere around 98 percent of child pornography involves either girls or girls with boys. That does not comport with your conclusion.

I prefer the schools not take any position on such relationships, but leave moral discussions like that to parents.

Wouldn't we all. But here in the real world, they're not neutral on it at all. In fact, they're insisting on being in your kids' face about it. If you've been following the situation in Massachusetts at all--the secret "fisting" education sessions, etc.--you'll have a better idea of what we're up against. The homo-radicals DEMAND access to your children and they'll attempt to punish you if you resist.

Of course, anyone who shows a record of having molested children should be precluded from either adoptions or foster care. But the key here is "record". If you want to make the assumption that a homosexual might molest a child, then you must make the same assumption that a heterosexual might molest a child.

Well, in that area I agree with you. But unlike so many here, I don't know all of the story, so I try and get educated. Try reading "The Death of Right and Wrong" by Tammy Bruce. She feels exactly the way you do, but puts in a lot of facts and anecdotal evidence to back up her concerns. Even you might just find it both shocking and educating. But then she's a lesbian, so I'm sure no one here would read anything she wrote.

But the militant gay rights activists do not represent most homosexuals, any more than the Black Panther Party represents most Blacks, or the Feminazis represent all women.

And that's the difference between you and me. I will not allow my child to be put into a situation where they could be presented with this material in the first place.

And anyone who feels uncomfortable dealing with such moral issues with their children should do what you are doing.
