If you go to
Tiny pic
This will give you instructions how to get the photo from your hard drive to their server. The follow the instructions above to post it. If you want a photo server which you can organise the photos in albums (folders/directories) then I would recommend photobucket.

Sign up for a free account and follow instructions on how to load photos and copy the urls etc.
