I hear you, but Peter King is right on and only an idiot will try to push amnesty now unless they cloak it as something else.

And do not discount the message it sends on many levels. In fact I think we can start to see the numbers of illegals crossing to drop dramatically this summer.

The people employng the illegals aren't stupid either, they will see the see change and who wants to be caught with pants down when its pay up$$ time?

I hope you are right, but I don't believe that will be the case, I was talking to a Border Patrol Agent the other night, he said many of the illegals he catches are saying, "I am here for the amnesty." He said when he tells them there is no amnesty, they don't believe him. That tells me that the flow probably won't decrease, if anything it may increase.
