Thank God! That trouble making jerk is an anti social creep. I agree with your assessment of Scalise but if we attack him personally we make it about him rather than about the more important issue. That's usually what these types of people want, focus on them. What is to be celebrated is that the will of the people has been served over the PC interests of the individual.

The Good Guys win another one.Agreed, and I believe we are going to see a long line of well reasoned decisions, even if we don't always agree with them.

The Boy Scouts should sue this "humanist" and his assclown attorney for the legal expenses they incurred fighting off this frivolous lawsuit. That might shut them both up if they ain't got a pot to pi** in!!!

The Supreme Court rejected an appeal Tuesday from an atheist father over Boy Scout recruiting at his son's public school.

If this nimrod had won the Boy Scouts would have had to rename the God and Country award to the the non-existent one and Country award?

We need to thank our President for the new courts we have, its a long way back from all the damage done by the commies the last 20 years or so.
Be patient and help our side win, get out there an vote.
We will take them out to the woodshed later for their lousy votes. But we need to keep the other side out of power at all costs

Absolutely not. I'm saying get out your checkbook and donate to the Boy Scouts and push legislation for losing sides (which includes the lawyers) to pay for costs.

Scalise's attorney, Timothy Taylor of Mount Pleasant, said taxpayer-funded schools are too cozy with the Boy Scouts. "It's going on all over the country and has been for decades," he said. What unsung, plain old AMERICAN HEROES Scalis and his mouthpiece are. Why, if the Boy Scouts get a foot in the door at these heretofore perfect and untouchable taxpayer-funded schools who knows what might happen next? Responsibility? Self-reliance? Helping old ladies across the street?
The funniest part is that the lawyer seems to think he's revealed some deep dark secret! Idiots both.

Actually, I think there is such a Scout group called Earth Scouts or Spiral Scouts or something.

Wow, what a bummer. You work for damnnear a decade to get your lefty cause in front of the Supremes and - BAM! - you run smack-dab into a freshly-minted conservative court.Yes, but if the leftist pukes had their way his next appeal would be to the World Court where I can guaran-freakin-tee you he would have a sympathetic ear.

Instead, like a good communist or atheist he wants to force an organization to do his bidding and fit his concept of the worldMalignant narcissism. The world must conform to ME, ME, ME!!!!!!

I'm saying get out your checkbook and donate to the Boy ScoutsDonate directly to the Scouts as some United Way programs have been withdrawing their support because of their non-homo troop leader policy.
