True, it could have been resolved a lot sooner by peaceful means.

You can send a "report abuse" to the moderator regarding a headline correction, and the will usually take care of it for you.

Yeah, and even if it wasn't, still doesn't justify them, it's another reason to hate them, I guess! :)

Terrorism is terrorism. The IRA is no better than the nutcases who blow up abortion clinics.

...do you unequivically condemn all IRA activity? If the answer is anything other than a simple 'yes', you are a troll, end of story!
And Gráinne has no tolerance for trolls

I do not condemn ALL IRA activity, no.
I condemn attacks on civilian targets.
I don't condemn attacks on legitimate military targets.
To: wideawake
Are you at all familiar with the The Troubles?
To: Thunderpants
Much more familiar than you are.
To: presidio9
The IRA conducted attacks on military targets. The IRA also conducted attacks n civilian targets. Those attacks were reprehensible.
The British Army, Ulster forces and Loyalist groups almost exclusively attacked civilian targets.

You say. I know.
Childish fingerpointers who excuse terrorism clearly know less about the sufferings of the people living in Ireland outside the Republic than someone whose family has suffered the effects.
Take your justifications for murder and shove them where the sun don't shine.
