While I was in Armenia my interpretor was a physicist and my driver was a mechanical engineer.
Very smart and very much under employed.
It is a funny feeling to see the land slope down to the river and slope up to Mount Ararat and Little Ararat.
They look like the highest mountains on earth from that direction.

How fortunate that you have been there...it's at the top of my list of countries to visit...although I know it will be a sorrowful journey.
