ALARM - Beginning of a new audience in the lawsuit of Saddam Hussein

BAGHDAD - the High Iraqi penal court started Monday a new audience in the lawsuit of deposed president Saddam Hussein who will be devoted to hear witnesses of defense in the business of the massacre of villager Shiites in the years 1980, according to a correspondent of AFP.

I hope the new judge keeps the circus out of town. I can see Saddam's defense team try to delay his date with the hangman by calling to the stand a boatload of blathering, pervaricating todies.

Please God, let this infernal murdering scumbucket meet the justice he so richly deserves - and soon!
