I actually can't figure out if that is a good or a bad idea. Or, let me rephrase, I can't figure out if that's better or worse then the status quo.
I mean, I can't stand Clinton anymore then anybody else here, but I can't see how he could possibly be worse then Kofi Annan.
Well, one way he could be worse than Kofi Annan is that he could combine his power as "former President Clinton" and, I might add, anti-American activist, with the already anti-American activities of the current UN. That would not be good.

Bill Clinton is smarter and slicker than Kofi Annan, and he has a world-wide fan base, especially in the US, that will support him no matter what he does.
He would be ten times worse, because he would be able to get away with a lot more.
He is virtually on record as supporting the idea of a one world government, and he will do everything in his power to make that a reality.
He won't succeed, will he will really advance the agenda to a more dangerous level. He'll be the Lucky Luciano of the UN, the one to turn it into an organized, higher earning mob.
With Kofi, the UN looks like what it is--a corrupt, anti-american organization. Bill would manage to make it warm and fuzzy.
