I agree with you.

The Republican party has lost their way. The Republican party no longer stands for Border Security, National Integrity, lower taxes, less government control etc...

One of the main issues in the Constitution that Bush and every Republican and Democratic Congressman pledged an oath to was "PROTECT and DEFEND our NATION from all enemies..." The recent immigration bill and a refusal to close the open border with Mexico is proof they have violated their oaths of office!

Bush has the biggest bloated budgets in recent history! This garbage about a threat of a veto from Bush by a few on here show me that they are Rhino's, nothing more.

Too bad there are few real Republicans in Congress, Too bad there is not one in the White house.

It lost its way because we gave it the wrong directions. This obsession to elect a person that has an (R) by its name or being more popular instead of demanding Conservative credentials has forced the party become DNC lite! Collins, Snowe, Chaffee, McCain, Graham, Martinez, Specter, Schwarzenegger and even Bush have taken this parties principles and flushed it down the toilet. We have met the enemy and he is us!

The problem is not with the GOP it is with GOP Leadership, mainly Bush. Once he is gone the GOP can get back to being the GOP. Watch the House and you will see real Republicans figthing the Rats, the RINOs and the President. They must be supported along with Senate conservatives, 36 of them, that voted against Bush on amnesty. This immagration deal is a Bush, Rat, RINO deal NOT a GOP deal.
