Was anyone in Sacramento when this speech was delivered who definitely knows whether the Fox speech was delivered in Spanish or in English?Local radio here in Sacramento replayed a couple of blurbs from his speech - it was in English, apparently, because the blurbs were in English. Rush said he was here campaigning because there's an election coming up in Mexico and many of his "voters" are right here in California. Too true!
