BUMP
I just e-mailed my senator, Lugar, and told him: "Hey, you vote--so do I!"
Next, to Mr. Pence to remind him that I would like for him to re-present my views: "No amnesty for law-breaking foreign nationals!" And I `carry' a few dozen votes as well. (Or at least that's what they tell me.)
One is up for reelection. Screw him. I'll not support a democrat, but I'll leave that race blank (significantly, for much the same reasons).
A good argument can be made of the consequences of losing, up to and including the loss of the Senate. What of it? If in the end, the results are the same, and the only difference is the timetable, or a matter of degree of outcome, really, so what?
--From Ohio
Most of the pubbies who voted for this bill are NOT up for re-election in 2006. The Cowards.
They think the voters will forget by 2008 or 2010.
Both of mine voted no. But i doubt if they really meant it.
This 'vote roll' is just calculated political bull$shit. If this 'elite' group of Senators ALL had their way, by virtue of being free from "up for re-election", they would have ALL voted for the bill, period. The "100" are disgusting examples of Americans and should ALL be turned out.
Those traitors to the Republic lead by Frist, Mc Cain, Specter, Bennett, Brownback, Domenici, DeWine, Graham, Gregg, Chafee, Craig, Lugar, Coleman, Hagel, Harkin, McConnel, Snow, Smith, Menendez, Murkowski, Stevens, Voinovich and Warner all have a big red mark against their names indicating sheer cowardice and stupidity for the next time they dare to run in a Primary against a real conservative.
It's called
AMNESTY
The Rats and Rinos who voted for this disastrous law may call it anything they want, but it's pure amnesty and they have sold out the nation's rule of law.
