Another example of mindless terrorist-enabling EUrodhimmis.
However, I find it interesting that the Israeli, Prof. Segev, is described in the final paragraph as a "peace militant." Sheesh! What does he expect? When you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas. Did this yo-yo think that because he held politically correct views about the palesimians, his leftie buddies might overlook him?

Good for the US medical companies.
As European medical production closes down, and they have to import or license from American and Israeli manufactures, watch the EU do the 'medicine/equipment shouldn't be for profit, were copying it' jig.

"The Brussels regional parliament has blocked the implementation of a cooperation agreement between Belgian and Israeli universities on neurosurgery research because of political considerations..."Yet another stellar example proving that science and politics are two positively charged occupations which are really repelling when they meet.

"Somebody refresh my memory; there must have been some reason we saved all these losers from Hitler, but it escapes me at present..."Because we'd have looked like hypocrits if we only attacked Japan in response to Pearl Harbor.
There were people in this country who whined, "I don't know WHY we're fighting Germany, THEY didn't attack Pearl Harbor!" Sound familiar?

Bear in mind that the Mayor of Brussels is Moslem and that the most popular name for children born in that city is Mohammed. This is beyond dhimmitude. Brussels is lost.

Why cant we do it together? We will go faster if we work together and the patients suffering from Parkinson disease will be the main recipients. ***************
One would have hoped that in the interests of humanity the above sentiment would have ruled, but no such luck when dealing with Europe.

"One would have hoped that in the interests of humanity the above sentiment would have ruled, but no such luck when dealing with Europe."It's not surprising though. EUropeans have always hated the Jewish people and we know they have no problem with genocide if they think it's "for the greater good".

More's the pity for the Belgians. Israel is,
by this measure of scientific papers and citations per capita, the second or third most scientifically productive country in the world. Belgium wasn't even worth measuring.
Table 3. Measures of relative performance. Top 12 countries are listed first for each index; rankings for other countries are in parentheses. Switz., Switzerland; Neth., Netherlands; N. Zealand, New Zealand; paps. papers; cits., citations.

Maybe if it were ammended to 'medical experimentation *on* Israelis', the belgians would be more agreeable.

Guess the Belgians would rather work with those ground-breaking Muslim doctors, maiking all those breakthroughs in neurology and other areas. Wait a sec - there aren't any!

Actually the question whether the US should join Britain against Germany as well as take p arms against Japan who attacked the US was a very sensitive and tricky question. However, it was solved by ---- Adolf Hitler who declared war on the US a few days after Pearl Harbor.
The Congress declared war on Japan (almost unanimous) on the 8 December 1941. On the 11th December Germany declared war on the USA.

If they'd thought about it a tiny bit harder they might have found a way to get rid of Hitler while leaving France, Holland, Belgium and the rest under some suitable ruler for them. Huey Long might have been a good candidate...
