RHINOS, REPUBLICANS AND RATS!!! All of the Senators and Congressmen have things they are hiding!

Per Brian Wilson: Neutral party in the justice dept. will get the docs. House of Reps weren't notified of the doc seizure. But how much has the FBI already seen? House, White house and Justice dept. hashing it out. Justice dept. clearly thinks they were right. This is new ground since it's never happened before. Might eventually head to the Supreme Court.
I'm paraphrasing Brian Wilson's report.

We are in the history repeating itself time of "Lords" and "Ladies".
One set of rules for the 'rulers', another for the serfs.

"No, the documents would be printed in full in the NY Slimes, then shown on ABCNBCCBCCNNMSNBC to start......"
They would be SELECTIVELY SHOWN so as to be the most harmful to republicans.

The real difference here I believe is the documents. Maybe the documents in question are sensitive on a national security nature, thus would explain President Bush's involvement and Hastart's actions.

"house says it's a violation of their laws"
The house does NOT have the authority to prosecute crimes. They can only punish members, up to expulsion from the house. Other than that, they have no police powers.
They have no case.

Let the redacting begin.Exactly. Many others will be implicated and God forbid that this guy rolls over on everyone else who's on the take. We could easily lose 90% of our senators and congressmen.

No he's not. Wonder what docs Jefferson had to blackmail other congress men/women? Now in the hands of the DOJ.

Once again, let's make the law meaningless. If we're not going to bother to enforce laws, if every time you turn around they are going to waive the laws for some people (and not others) then why on earth do we need lawMAKERS?
Send them all home, I'd rather live in open anarchy rather then keep kidding myself about living in "a nation of laws". At least that way I might stand a chance of survival.

The only confusion here is the MSM....they printed a false story, it was said by the Justice Department that it was false, but ABC continues to report it...
Maybe what Bush should have done is put a seal on MSM's functions for 5 years...or until he is out of office...which ever comes first....
