As President Reagan once said: "The nine most dangerous words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.'"
We think much alike, you and I.
"Revenge is a dish best served cold."
There needs to be a Law that any rule made by a judge that results in other innocents being made victims by a maggot that judge could have put away. That judge then needs to pay a criminal price in the form of fines AND jail time.
I'm no advocate of using sexual assault in prison as a means of controlling prisoners, and think the fact our prisons are unsafe (and not simply unpleasant or harsh with tasteless food and hard labor) is a blot on our society.
My first choice would be to execute child rapists, second choice to castrate them and brand them where the brand couldn't be hidden, third choice is put them in the prison general population.
As long as it applies equally to both sexes. Child predators any more are not gender specific. The other thing is, that we are not located on the liberal coasts. I'd be willing to wager, that a predator that stumbled and hit his head or that simply disappeared would not be investigated here in the heartland, as long as there werent any liberal witnesses to whatever might befall them.
"Seen Dick?" "Nope, I heard he left town."

NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me this is a joke.
Coming soon, I bet. People are fed up.
Certainly hope so.
Her great resume makes no mention of common sense.
Unless one knows the particulars and the details of the crime, the defendent and the case it is not fair to judge a judge too harshly. There are several thousand sex offenders who have to register as such even though the relationship with the minor was consentual and ongoing. A close friend of mine turned 18 and was still having a sexual relationship with his 16 year old girlfriend of 2 years and the parents of the girl waited until his 18th birthday and had him arrested. He got probation and they got married on her 18th birthday but he still has to register as a sex offender.
He is 50 years old and sexually assaulted his fiancee's 12 year old daughter over a period of two months. How much more specific information do you need to know that he needs to be in jail?
