I think I heard Rush say Tony was going to be on his show at the top of the second hour or when he can get there. Did anyone else hear that?

It is posted the C-Span main page...obviously not yet...Rush also said Tony would be on Rush's show after his briefing either between 1 and 3 depending on the briefing.

You're not alone, C-Span 3 is ONLY online to the best of my knowledge. Unless Dish has picked it up, DIRECTV does not yet...
