But you forget that Algore, who knows all, says that within 8 years Canada's going to begin warming up. But I guess you could just have a summer house there!

Cananda needs a lot of warming up to do before I would consider it habitable. We've got a section of our company in Calgary, sometimes it snows in August, I prefer living someplace where most years it doesn't snow at all, so even a summer home is out for me.
