It is so amusing to me, sofaman, that the dems have for years been saying that we must increase the price of gasoline (by taxes, of course) so that people will be FORCED to conserve. But when gas prices do go up, they are all for the "little" guy.
If they were for the little guy, we wouldn't have gone 30 yrs without a new refinery.
