3000+ Israelis / month were dying for 4 straight years? That's some 36,000 civilians/year * 4 years or over 144,000 Israeli civilians dying in terror attacks?
Not questioning the message of this post - just the stats from the above quote.
Israel certainly deals with terror attacks better than most countries, in terms of not hitting the panic button and continuing to live as normally as possible.
She's relating casualties to population rather than dealing in absolute numbers. It's a valid point relative to the disruption of commerce and society. Terrorism impacts every Israeli directly. The ongoing nature of the attacks, as opposed to a single incident which has left most American's psyche, it as significant.
