There is no doubt that Hillary Clinton is thinking of running for President, and that if elected, she would be a very, very dangerous woman.
However, conservatives have to be smart when running against her. If they base the campaign entirely on the Clinton scandals of the 1990's, it will not be enough. Exposing her true ideas is the only way to win such an election.
And there is ther real possibility that conservatives won't be able to stop themselves from overplaying the 1990's Clinton scandals.
But it's okay to link every story from Iraq to some obscure fiction about Viet Nam. Or to compare every Republican president for the thirty years to Richard Nixon. Or to trumpet the godlike powers of JFK like he's relevant today. Or to pretend the civil rights struggle is alive and well, and that this is Selma or Birmingham circa 1965. Or that Hendrix just took the main stage at Woodstock and wailed an electrified version of the National Anthem then burned his guitar. Or that the Ohio National Guard just shot four innocent angels at Kent State.
