The Washington Post raised eyebrows when it assigned Ann Scott Tyson to review former Secretary of Defense Caspar W. Weinberger’s posthumously published new book, "Home of the Brave: Honoring the Unsung Heroes in the War on Terror."

Weinberger’s last work has already been widely praised by former Secretary of the Navy John F. Lehman, the 28th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps, General P.X. Kelley (ret.), the 2.4 million-member Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and conservative media superstar Sean Hannity...

If you want to see what liberals really think about the military, go on Huntington Press (I believe that is the name) and read some of the downright vile posts on there. The overwhelming sentiment is that the military is filled with a bunch of low-lifes that had no other options and enjoy killing civilians and love their Republican masters for allowing them to do so. I wanted to register and point out all of their fallacies and hypocritical assertions, but I realized I would only be raising my blood pressure.

So very true. There is no greater compliment, I suppose.

Though they would never admit it, probably not even to themselves, MSM reporters know that the average soldier has a strength of character that they themselves could never possess and hate them for it.

Yes, sadly, I know about the pathetic anti-military stuff. Very much aware, in fact: retired USAF and have worked as a DoD contractor since retiring.

The good news is that we fire the malcontents, quickly.
