The marine in charge of security at Kosovo would strongly disagree with you. The Russians helped them track al-Qaeda operatives who came through Kosovo. Furthermore, The Russians and Americans have been working together in the WOT. The NATO-Russia Council: A Vital Partnership in the War on Terror
