It has been a long days night of madness, the likes of one not seen in the history of our Republic in a very long time.
United States Senators, drunk on the liquor of largesse, high on the fruits of labor derived from their hard working citizens, insulated from the cries of their people as they have been at no other time in historical memory, are despoiling fair Columbia in one long nightmarish debauch.
And not satisfied with their own endless pillage, they threw open the back door and invited wandering criminal vagabonds and their lawless employers to share in the riches of the ongoing spoliation.
While this wanton desecration was being offered to all and sundry, while the laws of the land were being fed into oil cooled shredders by enormous staffs, while slates befouled with obscene crimes were being wiped sublimely clean, our senators preened and clucked before their full length mirrors, the representatives of the liberal press and the all too friendly ambassadors from a boorish Mexico.
Our senators and their neighboring Mexican officials are the surveyors and builders of the routes which are depositing these venal vagrants, who eagerly partake of the gravy being rudely ladled into their uplifted bowls by the opulent purveyors of the satyrs dreams they share.

I can think of no comparable example of the public's wishes being so totally ignored.

You can add to that, all inside the so-called belt way. EVERY STINKING ONE OF THEM. Congress, the White House, MSM, you name it. If they are in D.C., they are full of themselves.
"I can think of no comparable example of the public's wishes being so totally ignored."
What I don't understand is why aren't there more congressional candidates running on a strong immigration platform - they would be shoo-ins.
Whew! I largely agree with the message, but I feel like I've just read a volume of Shakespeare.
Y'all Canuckians shore do talk purty!

Burtis is an American.
BTTT
I like that line...boorish Mexico...that vulgar, swaggering Vicente that is so beloved by our President.
We need to place our hopes, and our donations--to the House. They are elected every two years. They can't pretend we don't exist. Most of them aren't rich enough to have a houseful of servants they can get sentimental about while they exploit them.

Gee, how poetic.
What? Are you kidding? They don't love Her now!
This guy had a thesaurus for lunch.
It reads like Vogon poetry....
This is an unmitigated disaster. Ten years ago, if you had told me that our entire government would turn on its people, I would have laughed.
