I we live long enough, you and Dane may well eat the words you so disdainfully throw out about Mr. Tancredo and Pat Buchanan.

I've watched both Tom Tancredo and Pat Buchanan for years. I've attended their speeches and met both of them personally. They are both highly intelligent, conservative men. They have also both been accuse of hate. I've seen none of that from either of them. The hate that I have seen seems to surround them as their enemies, seething with irrational hate, attack and smear them.

I attended one rally which featured a speech by Pat Buchanan about 10 years ago. My local city park's amphitheater was packed to hear Buchanan. His speech was well delivered and spot on, as usual. But the thing that was reported on the news that night was all of the screaming leftists who showed up to accuse him of being a nazi, KKK, and all of that garbage. They screamed and howled and paraded their lunatic hate around the event.

Tom Tancredo spoke in Tombstone at the opening event of the Minuteman Project. Surrounding the building where the event was held was a parade of screaming, pot-banging, whistle-blowing, howling, shoving leftists trying to drown out Rep. Tom Tancredo with their limitless hate.

I've seen this with my own eyes. And I see it here, on Free Republic, nearly every day, from the same hatemongers who attack and smear these two conservative men. I hear the same lies, see the same attacks, and witness the same irrational hatred that comes from these leftists.

If the Tancredo Trashers were capable of shame, they would be ashamed for abusing this website to pollute every thread the merely mentions Tom Tancredo with their hate and lies.

Cry me a river. Tancredo is combative and bombastic on purpose. Its a part of his marketing. PLus he has got to get more money for more abortive and perhaps future symbolic Preisidential campaigns in the future. His pension is vesting in 08 so he needs to sell more books and think ahead of his glorious future as some talking head on some program on MSNBC in the future

Thank you for your comments. People love to sling the word "hate" around; usually said very hatefully.

Thanks a lot for your post on Mr. Tancredo and Mr. Buchanan. As you may gather, I admire both of them for a lot of reasons, one being they are not afraid to state their opinion, even when they know they're going to get all kinds of flack from the crazy, left-wing liberals who seem to crawl out of the woodwork whenever anyone speaks up for our country, and are concerned for what is happening to her. This globalism crap has got to stop and somehow we Americans have to find a way to protect her from becoming just another 3rd world, irrelevant country. I say that because I still remember Madeline Albright addressing the U.N. when Clinton was is office. The train of thought that just infuriated me was when she said we Americans should not expect, nor was it right, for us to live any better than those unfortunate 3rd world countries....or words to that effect. Somehow I think the aim of certain people in positions of power is to drag our country down by whittling away at our Constitutional Rights, by encouraging the flooding of our country with poor, mostly uneducated people who provide cheap labor and come from a corrupt, lawless country, and next, they'll be concentrating on taking our gun rights away....and let's not forget the Eminent Domain ruling ....first step in taking away private land ownership. I never thought I'd live to see the day our Supreme Court would rule like that. I know, I'm off the so called subject of this thread, but in my mind, it's all relevant.

Thank you Spiff, for telling about meeting these two men. Wish I could also. Ok, I'm prepared for the predictable comments about the tinfoil hat. Flame away if it makes you feel better.
