Please add me to your ping list. Second Amendment issues are of extreme interest to me.

Note to all you cop suckers. They are not "on our side"

New Orleans/Katrina is evidence of that. Didn't both the local police and the National Guardsmen deployed participate in disarming law abiding citizens? They always forget that their oath is to the Constitution, not to unConstitutional orders.

Since when does the UN have the power and authority to trump our US constitution?

It doesn't and it can't.

It takes even more than an act of congress to change that constituion.

If ever someone showed up at my door to collect my guns, they'd be shot with said guns before I ever gave them up.

They did indeed. You don't have people going into police work because they think that there are unconstitutional or stupid laws that shouldn't be enforced. And you can bet that these modern day einsatzkommando wannabes feel fully justified with themselves because they were "just following orders"

"t takes even more than an act of congress to change that constituion."

Now if someone could just convince all the treasonous SOBs in the House and Senate of that.

The US Supreme Court ruled today that police can enter your property without announcing their presence and without a warrant if they reasonably expect a violent confrontation.

We don't need no stinkin' 4th amendment.

I used to have the wording for the proposed UN gun control law - and Hitler's - the one he enacted before invading HOlland. Step 1:registration of guns, second collecting (He then had the names of gun owners and their guns = turn them in or be shot) and then invading.

Put the UN plan side by side with Hitler's and they were a near carbon copy. (They had to have used Hitler's for the model.)

If anyone has this, now's good time to get it disseminated so that people will understand the parallel

Hudson v. Michigan hasn't been decided yet. If they ever said w/o a warrant that would be the end of the US.
