I saw it when I was coming out of Milwaukee a few years ago and almost fell of my bike laughing.
Oregon state troopers might overstep their authority now and then but they gerally stay in Oregon. Green, Oregon.;>)
gerally=generally
spell check is my friend.
It's a device used for inhaling the smoke from burning cannabis or tobacco.
You put the material in a small cone in the small part that sticks out--connects to the bottom which holds some water, and your mouth goes on top--the smoke is inhaled directly into the lungs...
Also known as a water pipe.
(had an extensive drug unit in one of my health classes--something I still remember to this day) 8^)
There's a shop in the Grand Avenue Mall in Milwaukee that sells shirts, stickers, and hats with that infamous sign...8^)
LOL...
I dunno--I still think that the funnier place would have been in Weed, CA...8^)
I concur!
Thank you. They seem to go to a lot of trouble to break the law as it seems that the 'Bong' must be hard to hide.
They usually are...
But watching Cops, I can believe these kinds of people are too "OOPS!" to actually try to hide it...8^)
LOL..... I have read where that stuff does affect the 'gray matter' that is supposed to be intelligence.
I guess that would explain my posts here... :-/
Yeah, but back then most cars had bench seats. You could fit a helluva lot more stuff under 'em than you can nowadays!
Yep...
And it usually has an adverse effect. Kinda like erasing a hard drive...8^)
LOL
How long do you think this thread will go until it's moved to the Smoky Backroom...8^)
Haha.. not much longer I suspect
LOL...
75 posts for a Bong thread on the News forum. Amazing...8^)
Maybe Richard Bong might be proud...8^)
Haha.. well, it is 2:30 in the morning (at least where I am) so, we are dealing with the fringe element in many cases
I call them the Munchies Crowd...8^)
Doritos anyone?
How about hotdogs, pizza, and nachos from the late-night restaurateurs...
When I was at UW-Stout, we had restaurants that were open only late at night. Of course, the hot dog place not only served the drunks coming out of the bars, but also people who got the munchies by staying up late...8^)
I kinda wish I was up there right now--probably would have bought a couple of chili cheese dogs for $2 a piece...
