Quick heads up!
I just went and looked at a few direct URL files I had marked for spp.gov. The files are still there, I just downloaded a few. You can only hit them directly and not surf in, BUT!, unless you know what you are doing, DON'T mess with it for now!
One of the files I just downloaded that was ok yesterday, was switched with an executable file.

Now, intead of getting the "timed out" error message for the
http://www.spp.gov/, I'm getting "The network path was not found."
