Oh, can I relate to THIS! We rushed one of my relatives to the local hospital ER not long ago, and had to wait behind a group similar to the one you describe for his treatment. Forget triage. One nurse almost apologetically told us that sometimes they just try to treat the illegals first and get them out of the way; otherwise, they'd complain about bigotry etc. They won't learn English, but by golly, they're quick to learn how to call the ACLU!
You're right--it doesn't much matter exactly how many millions there are here. None of the ones who entered illegaly have any right whatsoever to be here, let alone collect Social Security, get free medical treatment, free schools, and welfare.
US emphasis on education has generally solved the assimilation problem, but in the case of Hispanics, it isn't working. Denver schools have a fifty percent Hispanic drop out rate. This is repeated over and over in other large cities across the US. Why? Because Mexico never gave two hoots about educating the poor, so they don't understand the benefits of working toward longterm goals. It's the here and now that's important, that's how they survived back home. When they drop out of school, they condemn themselves to poverty. Well, democrats are delighted since they see them as new dem voters. A Denver poll of Hispanic dropouts showed three main reasons for leaving school: hard times at home, low self esteem, and peer pressure.
Importing poverty, disease and crime.
¡Desea rey vivo Jorge! ¡Arbusto de Viva!
If you ever have chance to visit your nearest Social Security office, you will be shocked. Very few "blue hairs;" very MANY foreigner dependent parents of anchor aliens, SSI disabled's (i.e., obese, unemployable low-lifes, etc.), and young momma's with children looking for the handout baby's daddy shoulda been paying for. I been twice in the last two years and it is enough to make pointedly plain that this country is on the road to disaster.....
