That's just nuts! If everyone spoke English, we would not have such deep divides in this country.
When taking a DMV test in CA, you get your choice: ENGLISH -or- Amharic, Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Chinese, Croatian, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hmong, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Persian/Farsi, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Tagalog/Filipino, Thai, Tongan, Turkish, Vietnamese
I'm sorry, but our street and traffic signs are all written in English - how can you drive here if you can't read the signs? (oh wait - that explains it!)
