seems, there are more moves on the globe to create similar kinds of regional 'authorities'
soon, all that is needed is a world government on top of all these regional 'Unions', and we just happen to have a UN about... world government might not be far away, think 15-20 years, tops.

how about that for a conspiracy theory? It's not all that much a conspiracy theory. I heard talk about this plan before 911, just after Bush was elected in 2000. Sort of an American Union, but with borders (unlike Europe).

yep that is where we are headed. This is not a new idea. Bush GHWB, stated his NEW WORLD ORDER. Unfortunately, or fortunately, the UN is never going to amount to much of anything, because they are worthless.
