Heavenly Father, we return to thank You for the many years You have given this beloved mother, even unto the fourth generation. Just as You have blessed her with the quantity of days, may she now be blessed with the quality of time, that she would far exceed any medical expectation for surgery and recovery ... lead her, O God, in all that needs to be done that she might return to the love and warmth of home and family.

Lift the veil of dementia that she would understand ... grace her medical and rehab teams with the ability to communicate with her, that she would be able to participate in her recovery ... protect her from any further injury ... keep her strong and able and motivated.

Thank You for this dear woman of faith, Merciful Father ... may she continue to be the joy and delight of her family for many more days to come. Restore her and refresh her, O God, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray, Amen ...
