Here we go again. The point is ... fundamentalist islamic terrorism is a problem within a specific culture and within a specific religion. I never thought one way or another about Islam or Muslims until we were stationed in Germany in the early 1970s and I watched with horror the outbreak of murderous, barbaric mayhem at the Olympics. Since then I've learned well from one horrendous act of terrorism to another. I learned everything I know about Islam from Muslims themselves.
Here's the deal. The abberations within the Muslim religion and culture which result in this kind of insanity are not our responsibility. We can't fix it. The only people who can and should fix it are Muslims themselves. They must shoulder the responsibilitiy for putting a stop to terrorism. They should also be made to know that they make it our problem at their peril.
9-11 made it OUR responsibility!
We will fix it! Even if it means nukeing their cute little satan worshiping death cult into radioactive vapor!
The more I study the Islam and the ME, the more I am convinced that it is the religion that has made the place a fetid snakepit.
