Yes...Tony for Pres! He was awesome...I hope we can do this every day. Darn, wish I didn't have to work most days!

The only bad part was that it was so short. But look how the thread grew...better than Brian and the Judge in just 30 short minutes.

With you Luvvy.
Sorry for Brian. Love him, the judge, not so much.

I think I could listen/watch Tony read the phone book, not to minimize the tremendous gifts he obviously brings to his work.

Kudos to Scott McClellan for doing the right thing.

I haven't heard, but have wanted to know, whose idea it was to hire Tony. Do you know?

I am assuming that it does mean the things he didn't know bupkis about in the previous briefing. It sounds logical, and very Tony-like. If only he could log on and tell us! ;o)

Yesterday's presser was the first time I have seen those reporters actually smiling, and holding onto their smiles, well into the next question.

It was a moment for history.

I missed the beginning... what exactly is the bupkis list? Also, it seemed that he had his foot on a switch and was able to pull the camera in when it was someone he didn't like talking and pull it back out when it was someone he did like. Sort of like the two colors of roses idea someone had early on. The message is, if you want to have the top of your head seen, behave yourself. And if you're really good, maybe we'll go back to selectively showing your faces.

Whoever's idea it was, it was a stroke of genius (the Architect? Josh Bolten?).

I guess we just have to face the fact that we're Tony Snowbots! I am with you...he would make the phone book sound exciting.

This president has always chosen well, and this is his finest pick. As much as I miss him...he is absolutely at the right place at the right time.

I hope i don't have another organism today.

Many years ago, when I was in high school, a local news reporter was doing a piece on Spanish Moss, which he described as an "orgasm." There was a pause, then his eyes got huge, he blushed, and said, "Organism! Organism!"

As they went away for a commercial break, you could hear everyone in the news room breaking up with laughter.

Maybe Josh Bolton got the idea to hire Tony from FREE REPUBLIC, the home base of great ideas!

He could have been kidding about the camera angle thing....but wouldn't it be funny if it were true. If that's the case we'll be seeing a lot of Gregory and Thomas's shoes. LOL!

It's sort of a grandfathered amnesty with a penalty clause.

I'd liken it to George W. Bush having the wood floor sanded in the Oval Office. Somebody's gotta clean up the mess left by prior administrations.

Really.

Look who he has around him. Rumsfeld, Cheney, Bolton, Snow, Rice, Gen Pace and so on.

GWB certainly is a man that is smart enough to hire great people and is not afraid or threatened at all to be overshadowed by them.
In fact, I suspect that it thrills him to see such success.

Can we imagine a Clinton or Gore or Kerry being like that. I think not.
