My husband took a business trip to Miami about 8 months ago and told me that people drove extremely erratically and would do things like honk for no reason, blow through red lights, etc. And that pedestrians would just run across the street whenever they could - it sounded scary!
When I think of Miami drivers, I think of the Dave Barry column where he said that elderly drivers in Miami put on their turn signals as soon as they pull out of their driveway and don't turn them off till they get back home. :)
