I'd like the UN to quantify how many people are killed by tyrants, dictators, and despots every day.

I'd like the UN to quantify how many people are killed by tyrants, dictators, and despots every day.According to THE BLACK BOOK OF COMMUNISM, the total was in excess of 100 million over a period of about 70 years. That comes to over 3900 a day. Of course that doesn't include Saddam Hussein or any African tyrants.

Take the numbers here,

for the 20th Century, and divide it out, and you get around 7,175 a day.
