NG is going down their SOON and will work there until the additional BP can be hired and trained - - as the BP transitions in, the NG will transition out and that, with the walls in the urban areas and the virtual walls in the rural areas, drones, sensors, etc. should be completely in place in 2008.

As one who spent 25+ years in federal law enforcement, 7 of those in DC "spinning" enforcement statistics, dream on! This was merely a last minute "smoke and mirrors job" to dupe the gullible!

This problem existed decades ago and everyone knew it (and did nothing to solve it), there is no one in politics (of any real consequence) who will actually deal with it!
