its way to early to say that - its the republicans in the House that are the only chance, why take it out on them?

I'm not saying that I want it to happen, I'm just saying that it will happen. Bush and Frist are seen as the leaders of the GOP and a sizable portion of conservative voters are just fed up with the GOP in general and just stay home.

Their own GOP representative may be doing a great job, but he might get caught up in the general disappointment.

As another poster said, "a falling tide lowers all boats".
