Rove's attorney saying he had been assured by Fitzgerald's office that Rove was not a target of the grand jury. That's good for maybe thirty seconds. You can always be told that then out of the blue, BANG, you're a target. No, the only time you really know you're not a target is after the grand jury's term has expired and there are no plans to call another on the matter.

Another transparent propaganda technique.
Talking about whether someone will be indicted, implies they have committed a crime and the only question is if they will be charged.
On local TV the other night,there was a story about a teacher who was arrested on the basis of a single accusation by a single witness, concerning an incident which occurred 2 years ago.
The newscaster said "Police are asking for other victims to come forward and report ....." Assumption is clearly the person is guilty of multiple cases of sex abuse.
What if the police said; "the wanted to talk to, any adult who may have been falsely accused by (teenagers Name), who is claiming he was molested.
I think the proper wording is something like "Police would like to speak with anyone with information about this case."
