Can't disagree with a thing you said.
In the May 12 edition of THE CATHOLIC WITNESS there is a graph titled, "How Americans View Muslims." It has a picture of a woman covered head-to-toes. The text reads,
"About a third of Americans are unaware
that Muslims worship the same God as Christians and Jews."
Below that is a graph showing:
32% 33% 35% Muslims worship the same God as Christians/Jews
33% 30% 37% Muslims want to impose their faith
27% 30% 43% Islam teaches violence/hatred
Agree-no opinion-disagree
And in teeny tiny font at the bottom: "Source: Council on American Islamic Relations"
This item is unrelated to any article on the page. It is deceitful propaganda, since Jesus Christ is not the Son of Allah, yet it implies that God the Father is identical to Allah.
In the same issue, Bishop Rhoades takes 1/3 page to demonstrate that the Da Vinci Code, an admitted work of fiction, "presents a distorted image of our Christian faith." Indeed it does, and I trust the CATHOLIC WITNESS will never carry ads for that trash. Why, then, do they facilitate the spread of Muslim propaganda?

The Da Vinci code and Islam both deny the divinity of Jesus, His death, and His resurrection.
Islam is decidedly an antiChristian faith as it acknowledges the existence of Jesus while denying Him at the same time. That leads the flock astray.
Other faiths may not recognize Jesus, but they don't try to hijack His teachings, either.
Because socialists accomplish their goals through incrementalism. None of the changes ever go conservative. Their attempts are blocked for awhile but what was the last permanant policy CHANGE towards conservativism?
We defeated the Soviet Union but did not win the cold war. The world is still lurching socialist (and communism itself has not been defeated). We didn't have a say in the resulting nations (corruption saw a looting of resources formerly owned by the state).
It'd be like defeating Hitler but leaving the Nazi party as a viable option in Germany.
I agree with you 100% that the world, including the US, is lurching toward socialism. I'm glad I'm the age I am now.
I see the US as a lost cause (socialism will win the day) maybe not in 10 years but certainly within 50 years.
Immigration is a two way street. But I don't know where to emmigrate to and some places that I'd be interested in (like Japan) don't share the same "enlightened" policy towards letting anyone move there just because they want to.
I think the US will be fully socialized in 20 years. Maybe 30. It's a shame because it didn't need to happen.

The only "upside" in that is the rest of the world will be fully socialized before us.
Islam is on offshoot of the Arian heresy, which was a 4th century heresy that basically denied the divinity of Christ and reduced him to the "perfect man" (one of the titles of Mohammed, btw) or a prophet (likewise). It tore the Church apart and was very influential in the Middle East. Mormonism, which resembles Islam in its prophet, its polygamy and adoption of certain parts of Old Testament law, and its ambivalent attitude towards Jesus Christ, is usually considered another variant of the Arian heresy, so you can see that it is a recurrent heresy, and usually proceeds from the fevered dreams of some self-appointed "prophet" (Mohammed, Joseph Smith, etc).
While Muslims accept the existence of Jesus, btw, they do not accept the historicity of his death and have some complicated theory involving a double, etc. Too weird for words.
But you're right, the fact that they even acknowledge his existence has confused some of our multi-cult Christians, who somehow seem to think this means we're all on the same page with them. We're not. Their page is from an entirely different book, and we should realize this if we want to be able to combat them.
Should this happen, I predict a Civil War the likes this earth has never seen before.
I for one will not bow to some Moon God.

Indeed he is an Islamic apologist! I have a copy of an AMC (American Muslim Council) of March 1996 with a full page ad praising Esposito. The last paragraph reads, "Under the directorship of Abdurahman Alamoludi and it Board of Directors, the American Muslim Council has had and earned a national and international reputation. As someone associated with AMC, I have been delighted to see how well known the organization has become, from Egypt to Indonesia. In the coming years, it and other organizations will be crucial as spokespersons for American Muslim concerns.
In the same publication, there is a portrait of "First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton holding the Qur'an during the Eid celebration of February 20, 1996. Muslim chidren standing in the background."
Of Islam, Hillary Clinton said, "As the fastest growing religion in this country, Islam will only continue to enrich our people and our society. And a greater understanding of the tenets of Islam in our national consciousness will help us build strength and resilience as a nation. That is why the President and I believe this is such an historic and overdue occasion." She was referring to the first White House celebratin of Eid Al-Fitr- of February 20, 1996.
Others praised in this publication are former Senator Spencer Abraham for increasing the quota for Muslims to come to the United States, and in particular, Michigan, where one town is already calling Muslims to prayer five times a day. It also included praise for Senator Joseph Lieberman (D CT), Congressman Thomas Davis III (R VA), and Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R CA). A photo includes Congressman Frank Wolf (R VA) with Khalid Suffari, AMC's assistant executive director. Congressman Wolf has the largest mosque in his district.

If they say they are going to obliterate Israel and replace our constitution with the quaran, then that is exactly what they plan to do.
They keep telling us this, yet we continue to brush it off and laugh.
They have infiltrated us, in fact the world. Their procedures work. They move to a country, raise families, acquire jobs in all sectors, live in all parts of the target country. They start to make demands based on their their religious beliefs (the quaran). Nativity scenes are offensive, require rooms and time for prayer, imposing their beliefs at the expense of others. Softening the target so to speak. By leveraging political ground gained at every turn. Subjugation in any means,some subtle, some not so subtle. Each appeasement is a victory for them.When their population reaches a critical mass they strike. They plan to do this with in our lifetimes.France may well already be lost. There is no such thing as a peaceful islamist, it simply means they have not been activated.
We must not continue to dismiss them in apathetic arrogance.
We should be prepared to bare arms.
Will it take an American Hiroshima to awaken the majority, to mobilize our masses against the Islamic quest of world domination?
Islam must be crushed. Islam must not be recognized as a religion any more than Nazism was. All Mosques should be declared delinquent of taxes owed retroactive from the day they were built. ANY gathering of Islamics should be PROSECUTED as CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MASS MURDER, found guilty and deported. Country by country, state by state, town by town, foot by foot, inch by inch, the Islamic cancer must be eradicated.
